Setup is very easy, to program # of cylinders (2 cylinder mode for Busa), Shift RPM, and Launch RPM is very simple.

On US Bikes we have a unused connector in the nose near the right turn signal, not sure if you Aussie bikes use it or not, anyhow I supply the harness and it plugs into there for power, and supply a push lock electrical connector to tap into the tach signal (yellow with blue tracer in the left side harness) and will supply a relay to wire into the clutch switch, I am hoping to make the clutch switch plug and play also.

The clutch holding tool pictures is not needed, you can put the bike in 5th gear, hold the rear brake and spin the clutch hub nut off.

I will supply directions on CD as well as the busa service manual on cd with the unit.

Here is the dip switch table, for the new switches I am using the table is now shifted 3000 RPM up, so it's 3500-15000 RPM, I have to modify the table tonight, but you get the idea how it works.

If we can get 5 guys going in for a group buy I could do them for $150 US + actual shipping, could ship all together if that makes it better for you and then you re-ship once they are in Australia.

If sold by themselves normal price is going tobe $175 for the launch / shift / gear indicator / autoshift output / tre.

Without the launch will be $150 US + actial shipping.

The hard part for you guys is going to be GPS sensors, I can do it on a case by case basis. I can buy new ones for $50 US each or try and locate used ones and charge whatever they cost me.

Or if you want to send your sensor over, I will ship it back the following day (assuming I have some warning it's coming)

I've got Smithy's gear indicator which is similar to this. If you guys read 'welded clutch' thread in mods, you'll see I'm having trouble getting the Smithy experience due to that bloody nut with the dimple on the clutch, but gotta say, his stuff looks the business.

He gives you an idiot proof CD/DVD of installation including busa manual (which I appreciate, being the statrer of the send five free manual in this club), and his product looks the dog's bollocks even in the box.

Once I defeat the nut, I'm looking forward to the gear indicator - may even connect it so it only works when my headlight is on, which is a modified HID beauty.

Highly recommended. Smithy you should get a badge or somnething for service to busa owners - but the SH. ORG guys should give it to ya, so don't look here...we got nuthin'!!!!

Smithy! This is an excellent product, man, well done.

I'm putting it on now, and everything is going great. One question though, everything seems to be working perfectly on my test, whether the black wire is connected or not. I'm I missing something?

Fitting this simple thing sees me with my bike in absolute bits - had to even take the fuel tank off when I found connectors under the seat fusing themselves together. Buying this thing has saved me a breakdown, and I've learned how to change a clutch.

Which black wire? he ground wire? There is some grounding that happens through the cases as it's a big hunk of metal, I dont know that it woudl work reliably like that though.

if you want to be able to shut them off just put a toggle on the power side that goes to the LED's.
