Just tried it out today at Oran Park Doctor H (local race track).
It feels more stable around corners, better over bumps and less punishing when you accelerate out of a corner. I'd highly recommend it to anyone! Here it is again... "The Elka Boys" "sometimes crime does pay"<i>Edited by: pan at: 8/7/06 9:07 pm </i>

When I replaced my alloy sub frame for a steel one recently - I held them both and estimated the alloy to be about 1 to 1.5kg and the steel 3.5 to 4kg if that helps - the alloy one could be easily held up with one finger and steel needed an good hold on it - technical hey!

Hi there,
Bruce if you want an Ally subframe, no cracks, I would be prepared to swap you for a steel one. I do a lot of 2 up stuff and think it's going to end in tears one day. If you want the thing I would prefer to do the change earlier rather than later as there are turbo bits in the post that will bolt into that part of the bike and I dont want to pull them off again. Offers there mate! Regards Graham 1hotBUSA 2000 Suzuki Hayabusa Red/Grey Bog standard except for bling and a kanooter valve. Oh and a turbo kit on the floor.
