Little confusing. If your asian. It's the HAYABUSA logo. I would take it that most of us arnt asian because we have the same logo on the right and left plastics??? It's a mod idea to get a turn signal in the mirror to be visible to people in the blind spots, as well as a unique idea. May not be for everyone but I dont think what your ethnic background is matters about the logo on your bike.

Demeester, it's done by removing the glass from the mirror housing. Remove the silver lining on the back of the mirror to "WHAT EVER EMBLEM YOU WANT", lighting it up from the rear with LED's, then wiring it to your turn signals.

This particular set was done by slicing the mirror housing along the seam where the beavel starts, using a hot knife. ATV was used to re-attach it. If you have the patience there are two small holes on the bottom that can be used to "POP" the mirror out. BE CAREFUL.

You could put a lens on the outside of the mirror, and take out the standard frond indicators (blackbird / bmw like). Then the same light can light up both the rearview indicator from the front and back... <i></i>

Rod - you could change the logos to English, and etch "left" and "right" in the mirrors to remind you which way you are turning <i></i>

Iceman,i wasn't trying to be racist or anything its just that here in Australia the Asian people are really into flashing lights,reflectors and stickers(escpecially on cars)and it would probably be a real hit with them.Personally its not my cup of tea,but hey,each to his own. <i></i>

Oh, I didnt know that. It was just confusing is all. Wasnt name calling just not my character. Being Ive never been there I have learned something new. In the states it's not on common to have a near death experience daily due to some idiot riding beside you in the blind.

I think over "embleming" the busa can be a bit much myself. Nothing like blinking/flashing/amusement while riding.

I have put several monitors in the mirrors for people with cameras/DVD type stuff. I have also put remote head units for radar detectors in the mirror. Same concept as above just the LED's from the radar or shift lights. Thought it was neat and worth postin. Until the next mod idea since NO ONE ELSE is sharing their knowledge and expert tootlidge.
