I hunt with guns and I love it but I am not to fussy about fishing it’s just boring for me however I can see no difference between the two on a ethical level, it’s just that one is promoted as a family sport while the other is portrayed in the media as a past time for rednecks and wanabe serial killers.

Now all you people that eat meat and still put shit on hunters can get stuffed your just hypocrites, it makes no difference how an animal ends up on your plate but at least we have the guts to go face to face with our food.

Oh and Canada has as many guns vs population as the USA but a murder rate on par with ours so you can safely say it’s the people not the gun that does the killing.

Best trip i,ve been on,just not used to posing for shots(it was the property owners(my neighbour) idea.Like bikes and fast cars guns have a place in society provided they are regulated and stop illegal imports.Out of interest martin bryant killed people with a handed in gun some copper filed the serial number off and resold to the public.(this was widespread).If everyone was carrying a gun he would have lasted about 5 seconds instead of 15 minutes.Absolutely they are dangerous but responsible hunters shouldn,t be harrased nor should sensible bike riders because of squids.

Went hunting all the time - more duck - that was later cleaned & packed away for food.
