Sorry to say my Detox program starts tomorrow off to Qld,

Have a good trip Rob and beware of fires along the way.
If you are heading to the Gold Coast, you could try out the Waterfall Way from Armidale to Grafton and then up to Casino. You will pass the Nymboida Coach Station Inn along the way. Smoothie is Watermelon, crushed Ice, and a splash of Lemon juice to taste. You can try one at a Boost Juice bar or make your own. Get your eyes checked whilst in QLD. Hah! I'm the second born in my family, and I think they made all the mistakes with my big brother, which is why I turned out perfect!! Same as the red bikes... second, so the faults were ironed out (well, some of them...)
