If all you're interested in was grip, the Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa would be hard to go past I would of thought, but I read this article recently, and the Michelin Pilot Power Pure looks interesting, though I haven't checked to see if it's suitable for a Busa.

Pilot Power 3's are actually a damn good tyre. I was undecided at first, but now having gone through a few sets and recently Superbike School in full wet conditions at a dry conditions pace...I'm blown away by how good they performed. Feel free to contact my instructor at Phillip Island who said "I've never seen a Busa perform like that...that's just insane"

I've read all the negative feedback about how crap they are powering out of a corner having them squirm, slide and break traction, but the reality of that is poor rider input, big ego and nothing more. Any tyre will perform like crap when you are slow in, inconsistent mid and rely on heavy throttle use out of corners!

Sweet. Thanks Jeffro and everyone else that replied. I have searched and looked up/read all of the reviews about the tires that you have all mentioned. You all made good points and all of the reviews look fantastic. However in all of your opinions do you think that any of these tires are well above the rating of an angel?
I mean that this is all that I have run on my bike but I am looking for something better if it exists. Have any of you run a Pirelli angel GT before? If so is what you are running now better and why?
