I try to give our tech dept as many ID 10 T - errors as possible. My way of keeping them in a job lol

PEBCAK = Problem Exists Between Chair And Keyboard

ID 10 T - error = IDIOT error

And yes it is commonly used by techs when talking with users about what the problem is LOL

yes there have been some times over here where I have used stronger language than just ID 10 T - error too.
