Overtaking on the left is no go for me, apart from that ride as fast as u can works,as fast guys are in the front, groups' broken up and nobody is bunched up. It's not riding in ' formation' like Harley guys do but they are out to 'convert petrol to noise without by product of speed' which is not on my agenda

These days rules have to be made due to our current "ME ME ME NOW NOW NOW" society having no regard for anything but themselves. This means what we think of as "common sense" no longer exists as we don't think for the common good just the "Me me me now now now"

It is bloody hard, and it takes a while, but giving up the smokes is good (no, great) in the long run. Keep it up.

Off topic but it may help Batty. I started smoking when I was 13. Stopped when they banned it in the workforce, I think I was around 30 35 maybe.
What really pissed me off was who was in control, was it me or the smokes?
EVERYWHERE I wanted to go the first thing I had to think about was right where's my smokes. That pissed me off big time. I wasn't in control and the novelty had worn off, yep I was addicted and decided I was going to take control again and save my poor body from all that punishment I was giving it. I used to really get pissed of with the flem morning coughs too, hated it.

If you persist you will get through and you'll look back in a few years pretty proud you got rid of them.
