Can someone....anyone......everyone, tell me their secret ways of stopping itchy hair/head in your helmet cause it's driving me crazy atm!!!!!

I find shorter hair causes more itching as the "spikes" are pressed into scalp with helmet and small movements inside the helmet agitate hair follicles more.
Try using a skin balaclava to put a layer between you and helmet
