Got off the ship and home at last, so I am a definite starter.

But I have to go via Lakes Entrance. Have to stop at the TAFE college and do some paperwork for the last Master 4 course so have to overnight in Lakes on Thursday night (RSL Glenara Motel - $68/night).
Then only 3-4 hours to Tathra, via Eden and Merimbula - easy!
Although might get a wet arse I reckon, as the weather doesn't look the best?
Can pack my stuff for the weekend OK - but the fancy dress has got me stuffed! Have to think this out a bit?
Haven't looked forward to a weekend like this for a long time! can't wait to get going!

Hi Paul,

I understand that we are looking for a 2.30 meet-up in Cooma before we ride to Tathra together from there. Hope to see you there fella.

Friday night is looking pretty big with a scary night party at the resort, Saturday will be a cooked breakfast, hopefully the local Lions club are looking after that, with Bazzman following that thread up.

After a long get better morning after the night before we'll probably hit the track for the Loop, organised by heidi shortly before lunch with that loop heading away and the broken, battered and bruised of us not riding heading for Narooma for lunch on a shorter ride. Feel free to attach yourself to either ride.

Hey, a serious question now.
As I'm relatively new to the forum, is Tathra a yearly event, or are there different destinations each year or each occasion?
The reason I ask is that I would like to participate at some stage, but the 2700km round trip is a killer. (yes, I'm a soft little pee wee)...

Sounds like a sweet weekend!!! I'm hoping I'll be back in town to make the Cooma meet up at 2:30pm.
I'll post on here when I know where I'm up to.

Regarding the shin dig on Friday night, I'll see what I come up with (limited space in the tank bag) maybe some assless chaps will scare the shit out of some people...lol

the Busa Bash is a yearly event held around the same time. Mainly held at Tathra but last year we went to Normanville, S.A. for a memorial BB.

Last year was the first one I have been to so I behaved, but this year all bets are off HAHAHAaaaa

It's great to be with a group of good people that all have the same passion, though I think Raphel might start up a new version of naked busa. Seeing others bikes, talking about what we enjoy and just putting faces to names.. I highly recommend it.

P.S. those at the BB usually decide when and where the following years BB will be LOL
