At least give us some more demerit points. If I lost my license I would hand my plates back in on 4 bikes and one car and get a refund of all rego. That would save me thousands!

Now I'm paranoid, where is del park road?
Found it, on the way to dwellingup. I haven't been on that road since the last WA Busa run. Luckily we all stuck to the speed limits on that trip, (or was that the speed limiter? I get confused about those two sometimes).

I think all the signs that state 'speed cameras are used in WA'...you see them everywhere... need ab adding in front of the word used to make the politicians real agenda more apparent.

As for court location the said being where the fine is it could be in Bunbury. I will post more as time goes on in case anyone is interested in the process if it happens to them. Cheers again.

"strangest bit is they let you to drive/ride until the court date"
And that pretty much exposes the real truth that it is nothing to do with safety and more about cash collection.
I can still remember Liz Harvey, Police Minister saying "all those people who still think safety cameras are simply for cash collection are numpties" she got a bleeding nerve standing there telling bare faced lies and calling people who know she is names....

What happens if you sell/lose your bike in the meantime?
What if you sell it and buy another bike?
Surely they can't stop you selling your bike?
What happens to the poor bastard who buys your bike? Do they confiscate it from them?
What if your write your bike off and the insurance company pays you out? Do the insurance companies have to hand over your crumpled burnt pile of bike?
Now there's an idea...

Once I get the bike back I can do anything with it, they only take it for 28 days for first offence or 3 months after that, Im sure the gumbyment has a whole heap of forms that could be filled out for all occasions, between getting caught and them taking the bike was about 3 weeks, if you sold it in that time I guess they cant do much but haven't really looked into it.

If you sold the bike and a full rego check showed NO lean against bike for any reason then by law they cannot confiscate it as it is no longer yours.. . and they had no legal ownership to it at the time of sale
Technically you could have sold it to your missus (or mum) for $1, paid the rego transfer and still had it to ride LOL

If the bike or car is subject to surrender notice then by law (WA) you are not allowed to sell it. You have Seven days to hand it in. You can't sell it to anyone for any price.
If it has been seized and you get it back after 28 days or 3 months then you can do what ever you want with it.
In WA you only lose your license on the spot if you are DUI or excess 0.08.

that would suck if someone just paid you to buy it and you took it for last run and got caught.... or would it?? I guess they got that covered in the Laws by being able to seize the vehicle caught in regardless of ownership
