It won't matter if we pay more for pollies we will only get more con artists.in nsw a section 10 is supposed to keep it off your record but it doesn't every event where you have been given a ticket/defect will be there get a rms (or WA licencing print out ) on your licence, every thing you have ever been collared for and it never goes away.it must suck being in wa.45 and over in Nsw will get you six months licence loss on the spot and the confiscation of either number plate for 3 months or machine, and also have to foot the bill for them to leave it out in the sun and weather or to be damaged. And we wonder why some days we even bother

Which court you gotta go. Whatever happens don't go to mandurah court as the judge McIntyre is an right arse hole against speeding and hooning offences. But if you drink/drug drive it's lesser. Go figure!!

Ever since motoring offences were criminalised the penalties have become more and more draconian. It makes you wonder where it will all stop.

Its about time the so called experts, politicians, police farce, and all the other retarded cnunts who chooses to support these ridiculous and outrageous distractions from the piggies doing what they are supposed to do...catching proper criminals...were given a swift kick up the arse in an attempt to jog the dormant organs they call brains into gear.

This does not include genuine hoons for which this, now misused and abused, policy was brought in to curb. I fully support the dozy little turds having their hotted up tyre shredding utes taken from them should they burn up the rubber in suburbia but out in the wilds what is the point?.

I truly believe that, due to the Plod force being viewed by many of the general public as being next to useless at curbing crime, they had to invent a new one to make it seem as if they were more effective...typical political ineptitude...and to think they are paid such generous salaries and allowances.

The only allowance I would give most politicians would be the choice of a bullet or a rope.

This police are targeting "speeding" "drink driving" etc etc sign in Karratha W.A used to get graffitied with something different each time they cleaned the last comment off. After the "fat chicks" was "actual criminals" "graffiti artists" the list went on, must of cost a fortune cleaning/replacing the sign all the time.

What I'd like to know is what sort of state are we in when the police commissioner can't even control the criminal activities of his own son!

In my opinion going to court for this type of offence unrepresented is asking for trouble throwing your self at the mercy of the court or at best trying to represent your self and not knowing the system is like insulting them. I do not support the process its just the way it is if you haven't been to court before it can be a very intimidating place do all the study you like but it wont prepare you for what it feels like to be in front of the Magistrate and the police prosecutor
Good luck

The stated location 'near Scarp Rd' makes it almost certain:
