Across the road from each other. We end up pretty much booking both out, so either one is fine.

Most will be staying at TBFP, aka Frankie J's.....but there will be a fair few staying in the Sea Breeze as well. If you are keen to camp, I would recommend Tathra Beach Family Park, coz it just seems like a better option for camping, to me anyway!?!
If it's just you coming over by yourself and you want a solid roof and a comfy bed.....post up what you need in this thread, or make another. There is always someone that is keen to fill a spare bed in their cabin!!
