Hmm, maybe Suzuki is doing to the Busa what Ford did to the hardtop to make the John Goss Special.

So don't get me wrong, the black and red is the best colour I've seen for a while, but that colour was first seen 2013 in USA.
So the aus '14 model is just sloppy seconds from the yanks.

not cool.

where's our gen 3????
And all new Gsxr1000??

Guess it shows Suzuki are still doing it tough after the issues over there, oh and the bill General Motors didn't pay!!!
That was only for the supply of small car engines for about a 3-4 year period before they went into receivership...Nice one hay?

Suzuki really needs to pick up their game and stop relying on the busa rep....
My yellow has, IMO the better colour scheme of 2013, but there are so many things that just do t fit. Things I am gunna change LOL
Why the silver rearsets and hangers when the frame is black?
Why the flowing black/yellow up front and f*** all at the rear?
Don't wanna be racists but seems typical jap... All technically perfect and being #1 but stuck with tradition and limited imagination....

my dealership had one and put it out there on FB as a L.E. limited edition, pic was in the dealers showroom with all noted items and comment was "one of only 26", i'm unsure if that meant statewide or country wide. will try to refind the pic. ahh here ya go. only 6 in qld. so 26 must be aust wide.

I saw the red over black at the local dealer, looks awesome it real life, with matching seat. A nice set of pipes will look good.
I don't mind if it's seconds from the US, still looks good.

Reckon they should've continued the scheme on the hump...and instead of a stop start at the point of colour change maybe a fade style??

I think Suzuki needs to make a new model not just colour changes its become an out dated motorcycle compered to what's out there now and been out there for a while.

When I bought my first Busa over 11 years ago and joined this club you knew you where on a special bike it had a reputation and figures to back it up but it has been swallowed up by it's competition for sometime now.

Don't get me wrong I love the bike but Suzuki needs a game changer wether it's some huge HP figures for bragging right's and some electronics thrown on sales will inevitably drop I know I will not buy another Busa until they show me something better than a few colours
as the Gen 2 alone was not enough to convince me to update

Yep driller technologically outdated but the motor had a charm that has wowed the biking community.
I would get a bmw1k rr if I want a new sports bike in a flash but in the 1350cc approx class not much competition
guess it's a different kettle of fish

Actually got to see the red/black in the flesh today. Looks a lot better in real life than in the images, but still not for me thanks. Undecided I don't think the colour blend suits the lines of the bike.
I'd take the yellow between the two and make a few changes similar to what Batfink has done. Pi_thumbsup
Will be interested to see the blue/white in the flesh when the opportunity arises.

Colour can be changed, Id like to see them put in the tech. that everone else has had for a while now. I'd realy like to see Suzuki take back the crown as it did in 99Trophy but they need to smash the others againKnuppel2
On a slightly dif note I know a bloke in Kal that has a panagale tricolor and the Ducati dealers apparently remove the engine restriction at the first service so you have full use of the engine after the first thou! Zuki dealers wont do thatPi_thumbsdown
