Finally got around to doing my pump mod today, I made the by pass hole a little larger than in the instructions and also dipped the drill bit in vaseline to collect the plastic swarf so it didnt drop into the filter housing itself. Spent an hour back flushing it, the crap that came out was unreal. Been for a blast up the road and once again we can hit the rev limiter. Mumbo has returned. Thanks for all your help and hints guys

just did the fuel filter mod and put a Z200 fuel filter under the tank,Bike has never run so strongly and a replacement filter is $10,I'll probably replace the fuel filter every time I change the oil.
The flow rate is 600ml in 15 sec.
