plugs

got a problem with my 99 has a miss in it changed plugs found 1 and 3 very dirty 2 and 4 clean usually when i change plugs it fixes it (every 10000 klm)not this time looks to be a weak spark.any ideas bikes done 65k thanks in advance.crumpy

How long since u got injectors cleaned?

Also is the bike stocko or been modified in the exhaust region or a pc added?

had 4 into 1s replaced with 4 into 2 stock headers staintune cans around 6k ago was running well then

Just a thought.. The change in out flow and restriction may mean you are running rich at certain revs... My 99 runs very rich at 2300-2700 rpm with a Brock can with alien heads (I think lol).. I am assuming the zero restriction of a 4-1 no cat and no muffle system is causing fuel feedback issues.
I am sure someone with better knowledge will tell me if I am on rig path or not

when i fitted my Arata 4into 1 i did nothing to the bike at 1st it went well but used to blow 2 foot flames out of arata muffler

This is a truncated version of the flowpath.
1. Compression test.
2. Compression test with a smidgeon of oil
3. New plugs
4. Inspect spark by swapping plugs on coil packs.
