Changing valve springs - DONE!!

In terms of fuel pressure I was just gonna pull the pipe off see how much it squirts out during priming? What's the best way to check if its getting spark? I cleaned and re gapped the plugs before installing.

ok i have found the problem and turns out the idiot reassembling the bike missed a connection on the battery for the power commander. so after pulling off the airbox, the tail(for some reason i suspected tip over wasnt reinstalled correctly by me) and checking all connections to no avail i pulled the battery out to chuck it on charge when i saw it, sitting at the bottom of the battery tray! so long story short once all back together and issue resolved the bike started first hit of the starter button and idled beautifully and let it run for about 5 minutes or so. will give it another bit of time to idle once its not first thing sunday morning haha and go for a quick ride see how she goes.

Id just like to thank everyone who offered advice and help, without you guys i would still have been muddling my way through it and probably have messed up parts of it. Any of you out this way can come and claim the beers i owe them hahaha. thanks all!!

I always applaud those that try (and do LOL)... I learn best by mistakes and I love working stuff out. So good to see others that are willing to jump in the deep end and have a go

I certainly had fun and I certainly enjoyed riding more after doing. Sense of achievement and all. Now I'm looking for another project hahaha. Wouldn't mind getting a second motor in poor shape and trying a full rebuild but that might be a bit over my head haha. Might start on a 250 motor first. Again thanks for everyone's help.
