Custom 1 piece seat
#1
Hey guys I've been thinking of doing this for awhile now and that is making a full 100% 1 off I piece seat same as you would see on the blackbirds or zzz 1100 so over the next few weeks I will be making this happen it will be full sculpted to suit me and Maree for touring and I should have it all ready for out tassie trip in November

So keep your eyes on this thread as I will post up a build thread ,

I know this will meet with a lot of scoffing and PMing and WTF and why would you bother questions , only answer I have is WHY NOT !!

Cheers guys

Ok so let the work begin , I've got a set of GEN II seat bases as pictured so to make it an on off with out hassle I've cut the rear seat locating lugs off retaining the seat lock

Next step is to start glassing up the seat gap once this is done tomorrow then I will do some

Once this is done I can look at foam and shaping and gel inserts and material over all it should be a great custom 1 off
