Ahhh, Made it

Hey dudes' just took delivery of my k10 yesterday, white with grey (or is it gold?) trim. Seems to change colour like the colours on it's predecessor, my trusty ol ZZR11. Anyway, not wanting to slight the ZZR, but this Buzza is AMAZING!!!!!!

But you all know that anyway. Boobies4

My girl has 13,000 on her, not a scratch, and some SS or Ti Scorpion slip-ons. She looks as good as she rides too. Did I tell you how well it rides?

Yeah, you know that already...

I discovered the proprietory clutch clunk myself on google, the back torque limiter hey, and it doesn't seem to bother me now I know what it's there for, though I would be interested in the forums thoughts and experiences with it and in removing it.

Off to bed now, no sore arse or wrists, just windburn from leaving the visor open a tad too much.

Why has this bike been kept a secret for so long? If only I had known! Bump

Ok then bazman, my pleasure (had to delete your smileys to get under the image limit.)

After looking at private sales online and getting a feeling for price I went to the bike shop to see one close up.

Hey, That's what I want!!

A test ride? Just let me look it over a while. A test ride? By myself? Without you watching my every move.. Ok, sure, why not...

20 minutes later have arrived home, needed to go home and try and clear my head. Who rode this bike here? What planet is this?

You want HOW MUCH FOR IT ??? Holds poker face while thinking "You're kidding me, that's cheaper than the lads online are asking" Ok but I want a deal on insurance and a nice bike cover!!! "Step this way sir"

I know it was a bit rushed but I had no choice. The thought of someone else riding this bike (let alone BUYING it) turned my stomach.

The longest day of my life finally passes and I pick her up. We do a little getting to know each other and then it's time to show her her new home.

Really! Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't in a rush to do any mods anyway. Don't want to get spat off that's for sure.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

nice looking bike. Welcome.
re back torque limiter. I came off a gen 1 with it welded up (previous owner told me) onto a gen 2 and it was a relearning exercise. there is a clunk at take off sometimes as the limited engages and also as soon as you let go the throttle its like whacking the brakes on almost. Just have to get used to it.

A bit on the BTL here
