Team Homo here in Brisbane hinted that 18,000 ride away was the price,when/if they come in.

I was checking with the Suzuki dealer in Adelaide last week. He could not even tell when they will be coming in, let alone the prices. Sad really.

oooh to be in the States.. 2013 Hayabusa is being advertised at a sale price of $13,999, or on road (MSRP) @ $14,399.. with our stronger aussie dollar we should be looking at around $13,750 hahahahahhahaa i bet that wont happen
plus Suzuki is currently offering free on road, delivery and dealer charges for the Boulavard bikes..

Busa's and B-Kings were on sale here at very similar prices initialy.
My local shop had them listed at around 18k but would haggle a little.
A lad in the US went to buy a B-King, they were being discounted
from $12,899 down to $8,264. he didnt buy one because to lowest
the dealer was willing to go on a brand new one was $8,000-US.

I don't know if its the same but my brother inlaw imported a boat last year from the USA and only had to pay GST.
The boat in Australia was $75,000 and the same make model etc. from the USA $35,000 and they wonder why we don't buy australian.

The $8000 new B-King was "ride away"
I'd imagine if you bought it in the crate,
no assembly or PDI,
no warrantee,
and we're buying regular/more than one
(As many of the wreckers do)
then you could get a better deal ?
I know buying new bikes from the US has its
problems / issues / drama's,
I wonder how you stand buying (still in the crate)
to break for parts or run as an unregistered race bike ?
