It's a purple metalflake but the flakes appear to be a mixture of a couple different colours. Looks nice!

Dee that is Tims busa you may have met him at Willowbank last year he shipped his bike over with Wayne and Todd Patterson's Ducati's. The paint has a similar base coat to Cas's purple and the biggest 70's kick ass metal flakes mixed in. I looks cheesy 70's and in the sunlight absolutely fantastic I love it. A real stand out paint job.

My times so far.......... Beautiful green grass they have at the Motorplex, Dee did you see the grass?? Bruce

I cant help but notice Bruce that you side stepped the question very well.

Yes the grass is very nice and green.

I will say that if you are thinking about getting a data logger it is a great way of seeing what is happening but you must be prepared to see the truth!!!!!!

Note to self: Dont ever drag race as the amount of shit I give out, it is only going to come back 10 fold.

My two runs were pretty lame but I managed a sub 2 sec 60' on the last run for the very first time!! Rest is a blur.

Hey bruce how were your 60ft times with the new swinger vs the old. Bear what mph on your beast when you went under 2 sec 60ft? hope to see you both at the track in the next few weeks. still undecided on putting the swingarm extensions back on. have andra tech day on sunday. cheers ian.

I basically concentrated on the 1st and 2nd gear, and short shifted after that. So ended up with 10.802 at 138.46mph. 1.985 for 60' and 7.225s for 660'.

Really marginal day, wet and windy, but dried enough to get started. Rained a couple of times, but good news is that a lot stayed away so plenty of runs before a bit more rain sent me home.
Not a bad night if you owned a copper silver standard Busa. 10.29, 10.17, and a 10.07!!!! Pity it wasn't mine!
Still I was happy with my night even if the fastest for me was a 10.5.

Simmo has run 10.002 with his copper bike. I think Bruce has 10.003 with his purple.

So close yet so far.
