Melbourne - Wednesday Lattes
Yep,

You may as well Sentinel, quite a few will be turning up I think.

SO Cut /paste / & edit details from page 34

Dear Readers & Others,

The young couple running this place will be staying open this Wednesday to make us "Most Welcome " at their restaurant.

They have had a liquor licence application in for the past 2 months but it has not been granted as yet. Hopefully it won't take much longer. The food is all very good and ranges from cakes and sandwiches through to pastas, chicken snitzels, salads, vegetables, chips etc etc. And it is less than 2 months old !!!

All sorts of coffees other drinks and icecreams are available of course.

There is plenty of footpath parking out front for bikes as well as parallel parking on the road, as the restaurant is located in the wide part of Lygon St, about 150 m north of Brunswick Rd. Car parking isn't too bad either as it is almost next to a side street with more spaces.

There is an outdoor courtyard at the rear with laneway access as well. Should seat well over 20 people with ease out there.

Well that depends on their mothers.

Take the number of the restaurant down and ring it when you feel the need to change slums.

So whats the verdict on the new joint? I swear you all must know when I'm comming, since I arrived in time to see DJ turning off Lygon St and caught up very briefly with Tom at the traffic lights.
So ... long time no see, everybody.
I'm back .. and from the looks of it, it's just about time too.

Lattes were good. And the videos made sure that I got a really good night's rest before bedtime (again).

Nice to see you all again though! Yes yes .. I mean it!
XXX imodd (but he's worse ... )

Yeah, great joint Maggot, gets my vote for sure. They really wanted our business. Great of Silent T to organise the video also.
Hopefully I'll be able to go again next week if everyone decides to go there.
Cheers,
Holge

For those that wanted to know, the problem with the VFR has been sorted out and what happened is that the battery died a horrible death as a result of poor connections and also incorect wiring to the aftermarker regulator/rectifier. (this part was installed prior to Rocket purchasing the bike).

With the combination of intermittent surges in the loom and heavy power drain from the heated hand grips, the battery decided that enough was enough. Apparently it was just a matter of time. So, it now has a new battery, correct connections, is fully tested and is running like a kitten. Well, a very angry kitten.... more like a cat....... well you know what I mean.

So thats it. The bike was never to blame. Only the dodgy home-auto electric job. No here. Cheers,
Holge

So you're finally admitting that the VFR is a pussy bike?
