Got my new busa today.rode it 50kms.fitted with Oxford luggage bags.the party behind boxing day.5k+ kms back home.
Was a bit apprehensive before I rode it as I am used to light gixxers.does not feel heavy on the move.corners well.I am only 75 kgs in full riding gear. Smooth.the gixxers felt quicker I think because they r a bit rabid.have to yet ride the bus a in anger.behaving myself as I don't want to lose my licence before I even start my journey.if u guys spot a candy red busa with no number plates and soft luggage its me.catch up to say GDay! Merry Xmas all!

G'day Storm. The Busa is a real Jekyll and Hyde bike.
Well mannered and gentlemanly when ridden as such, BUT, crack that throttle open and the beast emerges. Just remember to give the beast some respect. If not, it can and will bite.

+2 the power comes on real smooth, it is very deceiving. Watch that Speedo, it accelerates faster than it brakes.

Rode 1000+ kms yesterday and today .putty road, buckets way, thunderbolts way,armidale to Grafton.I n the dry and the wet.getting used to the bike bulk and scrubbing the tires and checking them out. Haven't yet dragged my knee ina corner.getting confident and will soon.the or tyres are god.both inthe dry &wet.is quic
te planted in rough roads and is confidence inspiring.bedded the brake pads.seem quite good.trying to discipline myself to understand its a different kind of bike I.stead if trying to behave like a gsxr1000.I am liking it.I think its Awesome!
