ok guys i have decided to post up here my build thread here as it is and will be a modified hayabusa (i know this maybe frowned apon by the hayabua pureists)

i am starting my build with an 07 rolling chassis

additions to this will be an KTM RC8 tail unit and assorted goodies

this thread will be added to as time goes on and the build progresses ,

i have alot of parts missing so i will be posting up looking for GEN 1 spares ,

The pic attached of the Fighter is a style i like im not going the 300 plus tyrs crap im keeping it rideable and looking kickass

hope you all enjoy the build

Well done Kev. I looked at similar belly pans
To the one you posted and the one Peter has
but the one I found matches up with the
BUSA's frame at the rear.

Tails going to look good.

What's planned for a headlight ?

Not mine, but this is the model of belly pan I used / like.

It'd be boring as hell if we all used the same though.

Any other plan's ?

Top yolk, handlebars ?

Speedo ?
The stock dash has some good features but looks HUGE on a naked bike.
If I find some GSX14 clocks I might move the smaller KOSO unit onto my Busa.
I've never bought anything off these guys but they are good for idea's
of whats about. Mostly German stuff on sale in the US.

KOSO dash is good, does what you need and a few tricks
like day/date and recording top rev's, Top speed and adjustable
back light etc. Onlything is i'd like to keep the Busa's fault code
feature as I have used it to get me out of trouble before.

Been looking at that.
Got a few pairs of Yoshi can's but I think the oval's lay flat
like a 916 would look OK.
I dont like the pipes running around the arm, looks very "2nd thought"
but to run them through the arm like a B-King isnt going to be cheap or easy.
