Why not powder coat your wheels(gold) as reference and than spend the big bucks,you can also sell them later as a set of custom painted wheels.IMO stick to black light weight wheels,CZ (carozzeria)for example,gold is so late 80/90s and unless you are ready to clean them REGULARLY every bit of grit oil and crap will be as visible as a bulldogs nuts....
