It will be interesting to see how it holds up after you torture the shit out of it next weekend with your riding style.

These are listed on Ebay :

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/170798093831?...1423.l2649

The listing has the specs and info, but I'd still recommend purchasing from a vendor that supports our club!!!!!
(plus you get great pads at an excellent price!!)

This is the result of (trying to) keep up with your reputation Shredder Scary on last years Northern Rivers Rampage ride

Greeny has to share some of the blame too....

I don't believe that there is any real damage caused to the original disc, nothing that a little paint wouldn't fix up.

However, I am going to take a guess that the Artrax Rotor, given it's design, will disburse and get rid of the heat quicker.

Price for fronts are RRP $299 each for left and right.

If anyone is interested in a whole set (2 fronts & 1 rear), could you please PM me and we can look at working out a Member's package price delivered.

Am awaiting response from the Australian Importer on specs. Hope to have some more information to you soon. We can only speculate where they are made, which would be more than likely China, however if the manufacturing quality, finish & appearance is anything to go by, I believe these to be a very high spec rotor.

I'll put them to the test...so watch this space.

Cheers

Just an update for you all on the Artrax Rotor specs.

I received an email from the Australian Importer of Artrax Rotors as follows...

"Date: 27 March 2012 8:26:10 AM

"Re our stainless brake rotor, material = JFE410BD made in Japan.

Specification is very similar OE, but design/shape is different (lighter & better braking power & feeling). Both on road / off road is the same material, but specification is a little bit different.

Mitsutomo International"

They are manufactured in Taiwan as are most A.M. rotors these days. If you look at the part numbers on EBC, Goodridge etc and Artrax, they all have common thread part numbers somewhere in their make up.

Marketing, Product Co-ordinator"

When ordering for Gen I part numbers are -

Front Left SW905LD
Front Right SW905RD
Rear RW913RD

Fronts also fit TL1000 and GSX1400.

When ordering for Gen II & B-king part numbers are -

Front Left SW933LD
Front right SW933RD
Rear RW924RD

Artrax Rotors have the largest range of rotors covering most motorcycles.
