mate have another look at Goldcoast area homes prices because prices have dropped a lot, so even though you might not get what you want for you're house the change over price could possibly be even better now.

seems a fair few of us live around Tambo area. To many tourists up there for me to want to live there but nice for a ride over and a coffee. I'm on the other side at Biddaddaba
