power commanders

Simply question with a simply answer required

Can a power commander run 2 maps or do i need something different just for arguements sake a map for normal street riding and then to be able flick a switch to have a map for when the NOS hits it in the pants or do i need to get a different controller Cheers

Put a switch in line Bill. Map the PC with extra fuel and retard the timing when on gas and switch to standard ECU settings when off the gas.

Make sure you have timing adjustment (retard). Bruce

Bill, what Bruce suggests I reckon is as good as any and was the way I was looking at fuelling a Dry Kit before I went Turbo.

Now a PCIII USB with the addition of a HUB will allow you to switch betweens maps, turn on/off the solenoids and adjust Timing with the Ignition Module.

Pretty clever now a days, only trouble is 3 boxes are required and it all gets a bit pricey.
