Didn't have a chance to meet you yet, but wish you all the best and fast recovery. Every time you read something like that happening to a fellow rider it gives you bad shivers.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. Had tramadole painkiller with no dramas. Nurses are great and I have very good doctors. Very lucky to be here but can thank good riding gear. Had 2nd op last night and it feels like it went well. Now I just got to rest up. Be safe every 1. Cheers Ian

Glad to hear you're on the mend Ian. But it still freaks me out everytime I hear of something like this. Irresponsible, careless arseholes (in 4WD) rule the world!!!!
It's a week by week charade.

Stay away from thse 4 wheel drives mate, they're dangerous!

Hope you heal up bloke. The bike will be rebuilt or replaced, you have to get better with help.
