something i swear by, devcon plastic steel epoxy, its a 2 part jigga, iv held alloy radiators together, a cast sump in a commodore wich hit a square gutter, split from one side to the other, filled the crack in with this shit and it still hasnt leaked a drop nearly 7 years later, i make all sorts of things with it
in saying that, glad u finally got a result

Maybe its time I fitted some radiator and oil cooler guards to help prevent a tube failure.

Beats the crap out of me how they justify that...the thing is probably worth $100:00 max...guess the Jap CEO's have to drive around in their AMG Mercs or Bently's hey?...or is it a case of powdered rhino horn sprinkled on their little winkies?? that stuff won't come cheap and neither will they hahahaha!

Thanks for the offers guys but I managed to fix it up and it hasn't sprung a leak yet so looks like the combination of silver seal and knead it has done the trick fingers crossed. That partshark price is pretty good but if mine fails I will take Max up on his offer.
