It looks like it has a belt (sturges drive i think they call it) on the right side of the rim.

With a rear sprocket that size the bike would only be good for stunting or maybe quarter mile!!!

just some info on this boys ,

the guy how built this bike owns a bike business called AMEN CHOPPERS hes a god fearing christain and a pastor in his local church , he was also in 1 of the biker build off series where he went up against billy lane who also built a hubless bike ,
