Well Done Simmo on getting there with your 1441 Gen 2. Post your splits when you get a chance. I will have to check u tube tonight. Now it's sub 9's from here in :). Run it short and they should let run at the track.

hey simmo these numbers are for the quickest extended stock gen 2 engine extended wheelbase. Jeremy teasley did this run. I'm not putting this up to put shit on ya, just giving you some numbers to look at in comparison to yours. Bike is 485 pounds (220 kgs )with stock wheels and street pipe. 66 inches long with a Stock clutch and springs and still has stock ECU running on MR12. JT is a freak rider though and he weighs as much as a teenage girl!!!!!!!!!
I think 1.45 sixty should be a good target for ya and 3.75 to 3.80 to the 330 just might put ya in the 8.70's??? What ya think?
Once again dude, not trying to spin shit, just wanna see ya do well and run the numbers you and Leonard know it can. Hope i helped a little..... Congrats too on the 8
Cheers, Jamie.......
PS, Despite what others may think, i'm not trying to piss you off and i'm not saying you are slow. I will never do what you have done on your bike (i can barely run 10's!!!!!!). Sometimes seeing what is achievable can spur you on. Hopefully everyone will see this as me just trying to help.........

No offence taken at all Jay, being compared to the worlds BEST in the States has got to be good thing
His bike is then 15 kg lighter than mine (how do you get rid off another 15kg) I have stripped mine right back all ready but still road going, I guess its no street going machine at all, its longer & on race fuel at a 165mph that is bloody fast
There is another couple tens in mine
Funny thing is I was never looking to run 8s just 9.0s for pro street Sydney well all know that flopped & still be able to plat Wednesday nights, its was someone else who stirred me up a few weeks ago
I was told I was now the Fastest naturally aspirated street registered road ridden bike at the drag in the country Gen 2 may be, hard to believe when there are a lot of other bigger motors getting around maybe they just cant apply it at the track

Thanks mate for taking it the right way. The yanks do a lot of secret tricks to their bikes too that they never disclose. For me its great watching you, glenn, matt, russ, leonard, etc all doing times i only dream of. I get to sit back and watch you crazy SOB's!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheers for posting your splits Simmo. Pro Street may return and perhaps be recognized nationally in years to come and hopefully from the small mods you have done it will inspire a few more to step up and show that WSID can run bikes that don't have to carry a HD emblem.
Your bike is now perfect for Pro Street. If you run up at Willowbank that knwo they will have to be on there game :)

Robert "JT" Simmons, hmmmmm, yep I'll go with that
Revit, Prostreet at WSID failled because of the racers and the crap that goes on between them , WSID will still run the bracket if enough turn up. I wouldn't say WSID are pro HD either.
Hey JT, a backed up 8 sec pass at a streetmeet , cant wait to see it on a groomed track.......
Leonard.
