Picked her up on Friday and was amazed at the condition of the bike. It has braided lines, HID headlights, 24 LED's LOL and a heap of carbon parts. Someone obviously loved this bike.

I stripped her down and did a 520 chain - sprocket conversion - 1 in front -2 rear, new oil and filter, plugs, airfilter, brake pads all round and flushed the cooling system.

I tried to fit the raceglass but soon realised I had no idea what I was doing so called a mate Terry who has his own custom glass/carbon business over to help out. Thanks mate all finished, got the new fairing stay tonight and a spare set of wheels and discs for racing wets, just need Dzus fasteners and to fit the screen then it will be ready for its first run at EC next Saturday.

Photo's to follow.

Pics of her with raceglass tomorrow. Mine is just a basic tracky build on a bike that is by design suited to the track. Whereas Pan is doing something really special, turning a pigs ear into a silk purse.

Even with the carbon wheels, cams & motor work to come I will still struggle to keep up with Pan - he hammers on that light weight busa.

I agree Greeny Pan is light weight all the way LOL

This is me on the new tracky last weekend on a nearby private road trackday. The new bike is freakin awesome BTW. If I somehow manage to stay sober I'll start the fairing painting this weekend. Forks and rear shock are out getting the full Ohlins treatment at the moment.
