damn it i just got jamed on ebay, i bought an american made billet stator cover for my gen1, it turn'd up a month later and looked realy well made, so i removed my old stator cover and stator, then went to bolt the pick up into the stator cover only to find that the holes were'nt tapped so i tapped the two holes and fited the pick up.... only to find that the stator wont bolt in as the three hole centres to bolt in the stator to the cover are totaly wrong. both ebay and the seller said no refund is due as i mod'ed the cover???? im at aloss as to how i modifiy'd the cover. i simpley put two threads were they are suposed to go and was suposed to already be there, so one can fit the pick up and that some how changes magicly the( stator) mounting hole centres????? so just a heads up to all to beware of pinkcheesllc.

I just had dealings with paypal over a dispute. I ordered and bought an external hard drive from China and recieved a fake silver dollar 6 weeks later. Seller wouldnt communicate with me, so went through Paypal. I had to send the wrong item back at my expense, registered, so that was 22 bucks to post a coin to China. Then I had to fax paypal copies of the reciept and proof of posting from Post Office, Then they wanted a tracking number, got an email yesterday from them wanting me to fax the same stuff off again to USA this time. The HDD only cost 44bucks, but with posting there stuff back its now 66. Anyway, I rang Paypal and got up em, and miraculously I got my refund and the case close yesterday. Only got the purchase price not the cost of returing the coin. Not too impressed really. I started the claim on 4th Oct, got it resolved yesterday

Carny you're lucky. I just got ripped for $900 worth of parts from the States, US Postal insist they sent it, Australia Post insist it was never sent.
The provided tracking number aint worth shit as it was never updated from the start. The company I bought the parts from have stated they completed
the order and sent the items with a tracking number so it's out of their hands.
In the end I just paid for some asshole to take $900 of Busa parts as he pleased and nothing I can do about it.

Get the seller to take it up with USPS , even in the post it is accepted as the senders item untill delivered , you probably will not be able to claim ., it could be as simple as the sender did not fill in the customs forms properly and it never left the drop off point .in 5 yrs of getting stuff send back and forward have only had 1 item lost and it was not sent as requested , express is more trackable than priority,
how long has it been since sent, currently x mas is realy slowing things down , what once took 5-7 days is now 3 weeks and if it was sent surface it will appear in about 5-6 weeks ..

I bought the parts in October. I did get the seller to contact USPS who said they would start a 'tracer' on the package but so far I have not heard anything back and nothing has turned up.
At the moment USPS are blaming Australian Customs and Australia Post are blaming US Customs. Niether party are taking any responsibility. The US say they have done their job and it is in Australia, Australia says it never left America.
I'm hoping to have more answers next week and the place I purchased from can attempt to make a claim. If they are sucsessful I can hopefuly get my money back. I'd rather the package be found and delivered though (Sato Rearsets, Spiegler brake and clutch lines, Woodcraft Stator Cover & Driven front Sprocket)
