Tex and Bundy on Sunrise tomorrow (monday)

Hey all

Some of you have heard about Tex being done for neg driving yesterday for having Bundy on the tank. They were coming home from a prostate cancer charity run and got done 4kms from home. As most of you know, Tex, Jen and Bundy raise a huge amount of money every year for charities including prostate cancer and kids charities.

The NSW law changed recently to make illegal riding with a dog on the tank. This means that Tex and Jen will have to cancel their charity engagements, which will cause financial loss to the charities they have already committed to.

Tomorrow morning (Monday), Tex and Bundy will be on Sunrise around 7am. Tune in and watch. If you would like to support Tex and Bundy's ongoing charity work, write to Sunrise on facebook or send them an email. With overwhelming support, maybe we can change some minds? If you do chose to comment, please keep the comments civil otherwise they will just think we are all ratbags.

They are an icon within the motorcycle community. Not allowing Bundy to be on the bike would hurt alot of charities.

Hopefully it is a minor predicament and it's all sorted so they can continue to help out.

What was negligent.....Tex is a licensed rider, pretty sure Bundy is restrained whilst on the bike....why can't the Police concentrate on those illegal activities that actually impact on the public, instead of some poor bugger riding around with his dog raising money for charity. I'm curious to know if this stupid law came about because of 1 or more accidents that may have been contributed to by dogs on bikes, or if some sad, pathetic, tiny dick, no life, bureaucrat/politician decided that it was time to wrap a bit more of Australia up in friggin cotton wool.
