WA EOI RIDE
Don't know if this fits into this thread but I'm doing the RAC ARC Biker course on October 12.
It's $235 but then you can do their tuning days for $80 after.
Questions is two fold:
1. Anyone interested in doing it?
2. Has anyone done it before?Pi_thumbsup/Pi_thumbsdown

Would be good to do with a few busa guy's.

Hay RooBoy,

1) Yea very intrested,
2) Havn't done it, but know of a few that have...

From what I here the first stage is a little crappy, 50% Durrrrrr 50% on the bike...

But worth wild...
and yea then you can go to the 'Tuning Sessions' for $80....

and most insurance companies cover you at this event....
Stage 1 and the tuning sech....
So yea keen man.

ARD is well worth it, the guys who run it are tops.
Abit of the expensive side though for the type of course it is.
Tuning sessions that follow are well worth the effort, the Bus is a little big on such a tight track, you do get to know where the hero pegs are but the skills you learn are invaluable.

Yes I did it on an R6 which was a bit of fun. It is something you will only do once. The track itself is quite small and flat compared to Wanneroo.
Having done several courses over the years I would recommend an advanced rider training course held at Barbagallo and maybe even the Racecraft courses run by MCRCWA. These will make you a better rider whilst having the most fun you can have with your leathers on.

Roo Boy I would have loved doing something like this and can certainly see the benefits in doing these types of courses, I did a riding school that was done by the Boys in Blue years ago and was well worth it and even though had been riding for quite some time I still learnt something so was excellent. I won't be able to get to this one as I won't be in the State will be somewhere in QLD on holidays and catching up with some friends & family while I'm there.

Is anyone riding this Sunday???
I hope to be free this Sunday so If anyone is going out on a ride I would be keen to tag along.
Don't want to post a ride in case I have to pull out (of the ride that is) but keen to follow.
