add another 50 kg then be like me dont touch nothing just set it on the max

I'm around 80kg
Rebound 7, compression 5,make sure the punch marks align up
Stock is rebound 12, compression 8
give it a try & see how it feels

Rear preload is different to compression and rebound damping.

Aim for about 30mm of rider sag.
