no no Heidi, i got this...
i dont give a rats arse what Nasho Park it is! you break the law(like those f**kwits on the video) and get caught -no one else to blame, its your own f**ken fault(and i accept that, if i get caught)!
...and being Hayabusa owners thats the chance we take.
Me and my Girl(a speed demon in 4wheels) enjoy riding... but being on her L's(no probs on straights, bit more practise on corners) -do you think by her going slow, shes endangering everyone else??? do you think that would stick in court??? "they were going to slow, Sir"
...it seems every Stoner/Rossi-wanna-be out there thinks any Nasho Park is their own personal race track! and a couple of months ago some guy thought this, overtaking me and my girlfriend and nearly getting clipped by an on coming car, coming back nearly clips my girl!
anyone who endangers Me or Mine -BECOMES ENDANGERED!
im not on the side of the cops, so i dont know whats up with you calling me a jerk???... cleary another tough guy on the internet???
we should have a coffee sometime??? ...my treat

I've been plodding along on a couple of occassions, tucked into a corner, feeling great, all great with the world. THEN, you come face to face with some KNOB JOCKEY who cant ride worth shit, and as such ends up on the wrong side of the road. Screw them, they get caugh, tough titties.
Cheers to Heidi and those that have a level head.
Cheers,
Terry

As far as I see it, the big issue in the vid isn't speeding so much as overtaking over an unbroken line. I'm totally with Hutch on this one. You know it's against the law, you do it anyway, don't cry when you get caught.
Quite honestly, I'd say the cops have been fairly smart with this. By putting this video on You Tube, they know it's gunna get posted on all the relevant forums and hopefully people will stop using the National Parks roads as there own personal racetracks.
Think about it, if they were just raising revenue on this one, there's no way they'd have video'd it, let alone publicized it. They might have booked a dozen riders or more- they might not have even issued any tickets at all (although I severely doubt that)- but if they hadn't put it out there, how many tickets could they have issued? And how long could they go on with this tactic if nobody knew what they were up to?

The cops didn't publicise it at all......why would they...it's less revenue for the state.
The first guy in the vid who got caught asked for a copy of it and HE was the one who originally posted it up on another forum......since then it's gone rabid all over the internet as you would expect.
i seriously cant beleve the attitude of some people , i broke the law and coped 4 yrs no licence , you dont see me on here wingeing how the cops did stuff and i got caught . NO but some from what i read here people are saying the cops are wrong ??? when you decide to twist the throttle above what the law states then you are breaking the law no matter what you say you speed you get caught "BE A MAN AND COP IT STRAIGHT " DONT GO ON FORUM CRYING THAT ITS AN INJUSTICE.
HTFU PEOPLE . im sreiously offended that people wing about breaking the law .
and if you dont like my opinion on this then tuff f*&^ing shit . this is a fact . BREAK THE LAWS AND BE PUNISHED .

I know & most people are coming from bike riders are normally good & they get over & let faster riders bye not at all that you maybe speeding, but what pisses me of is some cars & mostly larger ones (4wd that own that think they own the f'n road) sorry I copped one last night driving 20kms under the limit for about 20 kms & I put up with it in the car with the trailer on but some cars did not over taking us 6 - to 10 cars at a time, its bloody dangerous for the rest of us on the road, that's my 2 cents worth enjoy
On a slightly lighter note...what ever happened to the cops having to display signage stating that radar was being operated in the area?...years ago it was compulsory (apparantly), but I have not seen these little blue signs (they were about 500mm square and were placed on the ground before you got to inspector plod with his radar) anywhere for years.
Everyone (nearly everyone) hates being caught out...if it concerns you, don't do anything illegal. Better off selling the Busa and buying a slower bike (insert your mates bike model here for a shit-stir).

in SA they took away the little signs last year
mostly because they marked the spot for people to stop and hassle the operator

Passing on an unbroke line can not be defended. If I was having a drive through a Nasho Park and some nob passed on an unbroken line endangering me as well as them I would not be impressed. Some times people have just got to think how their actions are going to affect others. The road was not built built just for the nob rider to test his skills.

I find that the slower riders will generally pull over so that others can pass them, which is proper etiquette. - It's the twits in cars that really annoy me.
