My gen 2 went 9.28 @ 154mph with no fuel tune what so ever, running straight off the stock ecu and ran in the 153mphs on a regular basis. I believe that is still currently the quickest stock length/stock engine gen 2. I could be wrong though as it was a fair while ago now.

All depends what mods you want to set up or try to acheive with the bike I suppose.

Not a dig at flashing, power commanders or such at all, just some more food for thought.

yes i believe it is............We were chasing that mark until i crashedScary

Gday Jason, Apart from all the "pc vers flashing bullshi*", ---as I'm currently in the long slow expensive process of building a 5mm stroker for the road, could you please let me know what actually gave way in your motor ? ---preventative build maintenance. Good Luck.
Cheers

To say a 8sec pass wasnt important to is a load of s#*t you would be the 2nd person in aus to run an 8 on a standard wheelbase 1397cc ross smith in wa was the other. myself and glen have also ran 8s but with larger cc put your timeslip up when you find it always good to compare numbers.

yes, you guys who run 8's stock WB should be congratulated.TrophyTrophyTrophy I've always said the purpose here is to support and to help out. Not to ridicule and undermine their accomplishments. Hell, i wish we had 50 members running 8's. Unfortunately there will always be a small minority who buy performance, promise the world, rarely deliver and then take pot shots at the ones who break barriers. How sad for them................ To all those who put the hours in and set the bar for others to follow, ya'll championsYes

OK Simmo I found the slip, it had a 60 in the 1.45's, a mph of 154.90 with an Et of 8.900 but my RT was bit slow @ .496

1.45 on a 60 holy shit on stock lenth Scary
That must be some kind of record
The best I can do is a high 1.4 with 6-7 inchs over & run out of steam at 151.9 mph,
8.900 is faster than all the others I think
Where did you do that at
I looking at doing a couple of events at Willobank over the next few months Pi_thumbsup

To be honest it's not that important to me, it was done over a year ago now and I don't care who's fast, faster, fastest I just did it to see how the bike and motor I build would go.

Code:

Lol2 And as for being "some sort of a legend" I doubt it.
As for more pictures there is plenty already on this forum as well in last year magazines.

its getting to the point where we are going to have to see ET slips and/or videos. i know there are a select few who have run 8's at stock length. we know the engines aren't stock, but still, 8's at stock length is pretty cool.........
