Bike service Perth

Recently took my Ltd Edition K8 in for it's 6000km service. Paid, what I thought, was a hefty price of $296. The service was carried out at savage suzuki. What sort of prices have others paid for the same service, especially in Perth.Trophy

I have an 11/09 registered Busa and only done 2000K's so far, when I put it in for the 1000k service ( McCulloch Suzuki) it was only around the $190 mark, as for the 6000k service, maybe there's a few other items that need to be adjusted and checked, at any rate, I expect that they would have given you an invoice that was clearly detailed as to what was done to it. The hourly rate these days are also quiet high in all sectors which doesn't help.

Cheers,

Rob

Stuntrider666 your cost is basically same as I paid at 6000 Km service Jan 2009 Savage Suzuki $289.50
As Follows
Engine oil Motul 10w40 semi $50.83
Filter $25.66
Labour $198
Workshop supplies and 1cent rounding $15.01
Change oil and filter, check clean air filter, Lubed chain, lubed and adjusted cables and pivot points Adjusted tyre pressure and checked brakes, Balanced throttle bodies and checked coolant.
Been busy and happy to get servicing done while under warranty. Have not had any problems so been generally happy with servicing. I can supply cost up to 24000 Km service on PM if you like including brake pad change at about 20000 Km
