Best be getting yourself down to Supercheap for plenty of cotton rags and a couple of tins of 'elbow grease'.

Mate, the bike's lookin great! A really good project to follow, thanks for sharing it with us. Where did you source the tail? Are you going to have rear foot pegs? Do you need to have an engineers certificate for rego?

thanks phil.
the aluminum subframe is from the us. the guy who built the LRG gen2 (here) built it for me. I didnt buy a kit i just bought the rest seperatly thru suzuki or ebay etc and made it fit. Im not having rear footpegs although its structurally sound to have them. The mrs rides too so I hardy use them. /

Is the LRG fella contactable? How much did he charge for his services?

Whats' the go with the paint issue Andrew? Have you decided on option B seeing as how that green is rudely priced?
05-03-2010, 07:38pm
Well the painter hasn't contacted me so it looks as if he has foot the bill above what he quoted.
It's supposed to be ready on Wednesday so I'll just wait and see. How'd you like dinner the other night? /

Would've been better if I didn't have to work the next day...I could've sat around smashing JB & Coke to wash the meal down (had the barramundi...bloody nice!).
