You guys are welcome to try/come up with a new place
But just a note this has been going at the creek since like 2005
We have had a few times over the yrs were we decided to try some where else eg coffee club milton, gold coast night run
we also tried different nights & more frequency but it always seemed to fail for what ever reason.
So we just keep going to the creek.
Beer is always cold, steak good, never an issue with or parking
So if you want to pick up the ball & run with it go for it.
Busa's yeah i guess i like them I've owned a few

Yep, Fair comment.
my issue (and it's just mine) is that the creek has no atmosphere, no music, & the food is expensive.
For 2 people to have a meal & a few drinks is a $60 to $70 night, unless you take the cheapest meals they offer. But your still pushing $50 for the night.
The reason I suggested Harry's Diner is because it has plenty of parking, good music (if you want it) and good food at very reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly & will come & sit down for a chat & take the time to get to know you.
Only drawback is that it's not licensed. But that doesn't bother me as I never drink when I'm on the bike anyway.
As for the night of the week. The last meeting there was a Friday night which wasn't suggested by me. I'm happy with the Thursday nights, but I reckon we can do better than the creek.

What you have to consider is that when all this Brekky Creek stuff was started is was chosen because we could park the bikes really close by to us and the most important thing was that it was sort of central to everyone man we had Cowboy coming from Woodford for christ sake
I am with Shredder on this if you can find a place like this elsewhere by all means go for it, we even tried the Coffee House at Milton and that didnt work. It takes a bit more than 2 or 3 meetings at he Creek to fully relise what is there, if and when i get another Busa I will be here bagging the crap out of every QLD er there is here if they dont show up but at the moment i am bikeless but still very keen to catch up with you, so I will just keep quiet and watch you guys
Cheers

As it was talked about last time we all met,the idea was tossed around to head on down to Gold Coast Busa's neck of the woods. This will also give a chance for other southern members to catch up, and I'm sure Greg will suggest some were great to meet n greet, this will also double as a night ride. Say meet some where ride down as a group do the dinner thing and ride back to brissy . Nothings set in stone all suggestions welcome
Say a Friday night two weeks time
Any takers
