hi all just letting u know that i wil be in nsw on the 2nd of jan and in qld between the 4th and 7th of jan and was wondering if some of the locals would be kind enough to show me some fun roads on mentioned days thanks in advance and hope i can meet u soon

If you're gonna be passing thru Wollongong (90k's sth of Syd), gimme a call a day or two beforehand.....if I can get time off work, I'll take you for a up Macquarie Pass thru to Kangaroo Valley/Cambewarra Mtn. Might be able to arrange cheap (bike secure) accom. in W'gong (Ibis - [staff rates] $50 p/night) for you, if required.

Sydney to Armidale is only an easy 1 day ride. I can meet you at the top of the F3 freeway and take you the rest of the way via the best roads if you like.

My son lives in Armidale but I think he now has a flatmate. Hotels up there are relatively cheap and comfy. We could go on a bit further to Glen Innes if you like on the day. The Tattersals hotel there is a good biker friendly pub too.
