I have been told of another 2 rooms taken today but not posted up here.
Chris and Cathy Parker and Mike and Clara Rogers have taken a room each. CJ03 has also informed me that he will also be booking 2 rooms today. I suggest that if you intend to come, at least reserve a room and let me know if you change your mind - as well as the motel of course.

Looks like a shortage of Qlders at the '10 run. We'll just have to wave the flag?
I was hoping that I might be able to get Gazamataz's (R.I.P.) son along from Brisbane.
This is a sort of memorial run for Gazamataz who loved this run and only bailed at the last minute last year due to his terminal illness.  We will all share a quiet one for Gaz under the awning.

Ok folks. As of 4pm this afternoon, there are 2 rooms left.
One has a spa and the other has a large shower (as well as beds etc)  The following bookings have been received at the motel for the Friday and Saturday nights. Doubleday, Nicholson, Buscombe, Hirsch, Maunder, Parker, Vincer, Denton, Jamieson, and Gilbert all have rooms in the motel. Rogers and Levin have reserved the 6 bed house. As usual, if there are any changes, please let me know.

Boy things move fast around here.
Correction the motel is now full. Williams has booked the last 2 rooms for 4 singles.

Ok guys I have just booked the last 2 rooms.
I will be coming down from Brisbane on the K12R and will have some Wisconsin tractors in tow. So Ray please keep that in mind for the planning of Saturday's ride, we need lots of fuel stops and the lunch stop had better be 3 hours to give them time to catch up. I thought I booked a room on Tuesday using their online system. Didn't receive a confirmation email so rang them today. Didn't receive anything. So looks like we will be staying down the road. Next time I will ring.

I had the same problem Mrs Tony...I booked online early in the morning and hadn't received an email/call by close of business so I rang them that night. Bit strange I thought, maybe the broadband up that way is like dial-up in the big smoke!!!

I'm really sorry Trix that you and Tony won't be at the motel again.
Make sure that you come down for the run though and bring those rebel rouser mates of yours too please.
