Hi Fellers just posting up some of the details that most of you should have received by email or PM, the weekend is coming along very nicely and lets hope everyone is still able to make it.
Currently we have enough people to fill 7 Chalets on the 1st night and 6 chalets on the 2nd night at the Karri Valley Resort.
Each Chalet has 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms have a queen size bed in and the 3rd room has bunks so I hope there are no issues with some people sharing. I will put together a list of people in which Chalets and will email through once all numbers are confirmed.
Costs - $50.00 per head per night or $100.00 per head for both nights.
We would also like to ask everyone if they could chip in $25.00 for food and some drinks per head which will allow Wendy (Andcads Partner) to go and do some shopping before heading down.
So all up an individual will be looking at:
· One Night - $50.00 for the Accommodation and $15.00 for Food / Alcohol Free Drinks
· Two Nights - $100.00 for the Accommodation and $25.00 for Food / Alcohol Free Drinks
Please double the above figures if you are bringing your partner.
NOTE: The Money will be Non Refundable so please make sure that you are a definite starter before paying.

I would like to have the Money by the 16th of Oct 2009 which will allow me a couple of weeks to sort any issues and then pay for the accommodation by the 1st November.

Ride Information
Meet Point – Caltex Service Station / Hungry Jacks at Baldavis
Time – 0800
Leave – 0830
Everyone will have noticed that there is a ute along for the trip, well Andcads partner Wendy is going to drive down with a trailer just in case there is a mishap of any sort which we have already said wonâ€
t happen.
NOTE: For the Riders can everyone please bring something to go under there side stand just in case we need park on soft ground over the weekend.
Destination
· Day 1 – Home to Karri Valley
· Day 2 – Somewhere South
· Day 3 – Karri Valley back Home
We are also looking at some options regarding lunch during the day on Saturday and especially Sunday.
On the Sunday we are enquiring into lunch at a Winery somewhere down south to celebrate the 10yrs of the Busa so once we have some info we will let people know. (At least one
won't hurt)
Food - In regards to the food etc we are planning to BBQ for Tea and Breakfast each day so itâ€
ll be things like bacon & eggs for breakfast and sausages and patties with salad etc for tea. On that note - anyone that does have any issues with Diets etc and has any special food requirements please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate.
Contact Details
We would also like to put together an Emergency Contact List just in case of an event of some sort, so if we need to contact anyone we will have these Details.
It would be appreciated if people could forward this information through to me and I will pull the list together. If you donâ€

I will forward through to everyone closer to the time the Contact Details for the Karri Valley Resort as well a Mobile No for a Contact Person for everyone to pass onto anyone that may need it for any reason.
Cut of Date
Once I have collected the money from everyone this will be the cut of date as far as myself and a couple of the others organizing accommodation, food etc. This is by no means the end of it for anyone else as they are still more than welcome to come along on the ride but it will be up to them to organize their own accommodation and so on. Cut of date 16th of October 2009.
I will certainly help where I can and provide contact details and who to talk to for anyone that joins in at a later date.
Photo Shoot
One last thing we maybe trying to do a Photo Shoot on the Saturday morning if we are able to organize at least one busa from 99 to 09 but this will all depend on getting all the bikes together.

If anyone knows of someone that might be interested in a Photo Shoot and knows someone with a Busa that has either a 2000 or a 2002 but not coming see if they would be keen to bring their bike down for the Photo Shoot.
We may have a 2000 but this will be confirmed at a later date.
