Accommodation Bookings: Check In: Friday 4th December, Check Out: Sunday 6th December

Tathra Beach Tourist Park – Andy Poole Drive Tathra NSW

Cabins: $35 per head per night,

Camping: $13 per head per night, (BYOTent).

Bed arrangements in most of the cabins are 1 x double, 1 x bunk (2 beds), and 1 x single, sleeping a total of 4 people. If a couple is sharing the double bed, the cabin will sleep 5. The double bed is in a separate bedroom to the others so there is privacy for couples or a female sharing a cabin. The cabins have a kitchen area, living area, roomy ensuite, and are quite roomy.

There are two ways you can book your cabin accommodation:

1/ a member can ring and book "a bed".
This will allow the park to fill a cabin at a time with these single bookings until the cabin is full, and then start filling the next cabin.

Double beds will be single occupancy, unless specified differently at the time of booking. This will allow the park to allocate the correct number of beds per cabin.

If the females attending wish to have a female only cabin, please let the staff at the park know so they can allocate a cabin for females (will need to be 4 to make this effective).

2/ a member can ring and book a cabin.
If you want to share a cabin with specific people, you can organise the people who you want to share with (4 singles, or 5 if a couple is part of your group), and book a cabin.

Double beds will be single occupancy, unless specified differently at the time of booking.

Let the park staff know at the time of booking the number of people in your cabin.
If you are booking this way, please ensure you have filled the cabin so we donâ€t run short of beds.
If you havenâ€t filled the beds in your cabin, let the staff know so they can allocate the spare bed to someone.

Please book using this telephone number: 02 64941302 or email: info@tathrabeachtouristpark.com.au

And quote reference number AHC007 to ensure you are given the correct details when enquiring.

I'm making this a sticky in the general forum until everyone has had a chance to see it, then I'll move it to the riding thread. Don't want anyone to miss it.

Friday night you suit yourself, there is the pub, the golf club and an exceptional fish and chip shop. Saturday night we are all having dinner at the pub, they can seat up to 150 people. Breakie both days can be arranged at the caravan park for a reasonable additional cost.

Good to see you are so keen to go Ray. Anything else I can help you with?

Of course you can come Panda, you are a member of the club. HANG ON..... before we answer that, what do you ride? Anything from the Suzuki range is fine, we are big fans of chook chasers and CT110s are always to be celebrated, anything else might be an issue.

When booking, please remember to specify the number of beds you require for the number of people you are booking for.

If you are booking for a couple, that is you will be sleeping with some one and require the double bed, please specify that as well.

Please refrain from using the terms twin, and double.
