Inquiry about wheels

Have been looking at purchasing a set of polished rims for my 06. Found some on Ebay and was wondering if anyone has bought a set or knows if the quality is as good as they say. They are srad made by Delkevic. Any feedback would be appreciated. Cheers Rob

Who is the best person to do polishing/ painting in Newcastle or Sydney. I wouldn't mind getting the outer edges of mine polished and the centres painted. My brother just got his wheels polished by the bloke next door to S & R Pro at Penrith and they come up shit hot!!! Not sure if he does painting as well though? What sort of dollars would I be looking at?

Don at Eastern Creek Motorcycle Wreckers did mine from the outside edge to the inner lip near the spokes by hand both wheels for $400 a couple of years ago - not sure if he is still doing them worth a phone call. If i remember he said he does sthe spokes as well for around $700.

You can polish your own ,but it will take about 60 hrs each by hand & it's no fun at all .

Polishing them myself is definately not on the cards...I haven't got the patience...pretty sure my lil' bro only paid about $150 - $200 to get both of his GSX1400 wheels done at Penrith...but then there's the painting cost on top of that and the transport to consider. If I can get it done in one place would be ideal. Thanks for the tips guys.
