Its actually a R1 throttle assembly part#4YR-26240-02-00 and its supposed to give full throttle with only 2/3Rd's the std movement

We are talking about the throttle tube, The throttle cable connects to this and different tubes have different diameter inner cams.
Two options are available the R1 and the R6, both have a larger diameter cam than the stock busa throttle tube and pull the cable faster for a given rotation angle. The R6 is by far the quickest and is generally used for drag racing. Both are eay to fit and only cost 30-40 bucks. I have the R6 fitted to my 04 Busa turbo and to my K8 streetbike. The throttle is noticibly quicker and more direct. Bumpy roads at low speeds and roundabouts can be eye opening until you get used to it. After a while you dont even notice them apart from the fact that you can get from nil to full throttle easily in one twist of the wrist. Edit - no mods are needed to fit either R6 or R1 apart from adjusting throttle cable free play after fitting.

I have the R1 throttle tube in mine, itâ€s good but can be a bit of a pain in the butt in traffic.
