Hi Fellers

It looks like the accommodation of choice will be the Karri Valley Resort Chalets, behind the resort itself, as other options that we looked into were going to become too difficult due to the number of couples that have now registered their interest, which is great!

Iâ€m still waiting on confirmation on the accommodation to ensure that I can get the correct number of chalets for all 24 people that have put their hand up.

At the moment we will need 5 chalets which will allow us to accommodate for the guys who will be bringing there partners, as well as everyone else without any concerns.

The cost of the 5 Chalets per night is $1150 or $2300 for both nights which equates to $48.00 per person per night or $96 per person for both nights.
Note: this figure may change if people pull out or if more people join in.

I will need to book the accommodation which requires payment so I would like to ask people if they can pay up front as I will be making the booking with my credit card and would appreciate your assistance with your share of the payment.

Once I have received written confirmation of our booking, I will send everyone an email with the details of the accommodation etc.

Cheers Kevin. (Rev004)

PS - in the booking I have also allowed for one extra chalet if we have extra people deciding to join our ride which I can cancel if we don't need it

Whilst on the subject, does anybody else want a T'Shirt to commerate this fantastic event we are doing.
I won't go to print until mid October to make sure everyone who is coming gets a chance to order one.
Also, on the back of the shirt will have a list of all the people's names (Forum Handle) on the ride whether on a Busa or not so if you have ordered one and you are bringing along your partnerSmitten her name will also be on the shirt. So fella's make sure you give me the right name and don't go changing pillions after print! Lol3

Bigbird rides a Honda Black-bird. Check: http://www.australian-hayabusa-club.com/...995&page=1

Hey Big-bird,
Interested in coming along to the Hayabusa 10th Anniversary run ?? Love to see you there, but remember Honda's ride at the back. Lol3 Might be a bit far for you to come from Melbourne though...but welcome to the forum anyways !! I was all Honda until I came across the Busa. Now there is no going back for me !

If ever you are out this way, let us know - we would be happy to show you a few sights, roads, and routes....and the nearest Hayabusa dealership. Lol2

Thanks Spook. I thought I just throw my comment in about the Honda and then wait for a reation. Scary I sure got one. Thank you for the invitation to the Hayabusa 10th Anniversary run. I'd love to come along but it is too far from Melbourne. I don't mind riding at the back with my Honda Blackbird Biker

Hey all you Busa riders on this forum, if your not coming on the 3 day SW run in December you know you can always come to the meet point and make a day ride of the first day.
It would be great if we could get as many Busa's on the first leg and I will be get in touch with Riding WA and they could do a story on teh 10th Anniversary of the Busa.
Whatadaya thinks?
