After a nerve-wracking wait to see how their application and interview went... its time to say....

Congratulations Lisa and John (Ruffy) who have just become the new managers for the SOVEREIGN MOTEL in West Street,Gundagai !!

Sorry John if I'm letting the cat out of the bag.

Lisa and John won't be in Gundagai for a few more weeks (will update as news comes to hand).

Perhaps a new venue for the 10th Anniversary ride ??? (Joke... not opening that can of worms again!)

Definitely got to be a ride venue in the near future.... I'm sure the club can squeeze another one in before the end of the year. Great location. Good for the SA, Vic and NSW members. Just on 400km from Sydney. Can't wait!

Congrats again to both of you and I look forward to seeing you in Gundagai real soon.

Thanks Tin Boy - It's going to be good to see the rat race in the rear view mirror for a while, with Ward at Tallangatta and us in Gundagai we've got plenty of good accomodation for club members, the roads are pretty good too Pi_thumbsup

I'll be watching to see that the white towels from the bathroom dont get used for wiping down bikes and lubing chains - I never did that myself Coolsmiley
